Hi, I’m Sarah —
a mother, a healer, a survivor, and a woman who decided to rebuild her life while raising her children with love, strength, and purpose.
After a life-altering separation and years of silent battles, some fought while my children peacefully slept, I chose myself. I chose healing. I chose to rise, not just for me, but for the little ones watching me become who I was always meant to be.
I’ve been through chaos, manipulation, and heartbreak, even from those I once trusted most. But through it all, I’ve learned that closure doesn’t always come with apologies. Sometimes, it comes when you finally decide to close the door and start walking toward your peace.
Today, I’m in my glow-up era. The healing out loud, telling my story, building a legacy, and helping other women do the same. Whether it’s through affirmations, rituals, letters to my younger self, or just sharing real moments from motherhood and rebirth, I’m here to show that you can rebuild your life and still raise beautiful, thriving children along the way.
